:'(I have bought and downloaded succesfully kratos. he is not showing in the game .
Any ideas.
I have downloaded the latest updates, been online still no luck,
I'm sure its something simple

The lastest updates from playstation or hot shots golf?
You need to attempt to go online on hot shots golf game to be able to use kratos.

I have the latest update from hot shots golf (the oceana board everywhere etc.)
I hve played online many times after downloading kratos still not showing in game.
I have repeated the download and tried again . still no good....
Any suggestions PLEASE............

That doesn't matter, downloaded characters don't need to be unlocked.
Scroll all the way to the right on the Expert tier to find Kratos.

I have all normal characters unlocked
where the downloaded bit is saved it says 'everybodys golf world tour'
The game i have is hot shots out of bounds
Does this matter ???

Yes it does. DLC does not work cross versions.

Ouch...that sucks. You need to visit the North American PSN store and download from there. Too bad you can't get a refund.

OK Getting sorted slowly
How do i get on american psn store to download correct version of kartos.
From pc or ps3 etc........
