I was a G0 player for a while.. admittedly wasn't playing my best stuff for a couple of days.. was more playing out of boredom so now find myself demoted to G1 level.. problem being of course is there's very few players to play with at this level, to be able get back to G0!

Don't really see the point of being demoted tbh.. can this issue be addressed at the server side of things - if that makes sense, or is built into the game?

Also, am i right in saying 'GF' grade, when selected, doesn't work correctly? This implies you play against players of any skill - but G0 players never appear.

Anyway rant over, cool forum you have here :P

I take it that you're talking about Open Tee on the PSP. If you are i totally agree, i was recently demoted from G0 to G1, a mixture of unlucky play, people disappearing from tournies and those damn Japanese Super Kids. I'm now 8 games into my batch of ten, i've won 6 of them but none will count as they all contained less than 4 people. At this rate i'll probably go back to G2. I don't really mind too much cause you can normally get games with the guys on here, theres is a league, match play tournament and ladder scheme running so there's always plenty to do. The bonus part of this is that you will always get better course variety for your competitions and the players won't disconnect (unless there is a network error) cause we all play the game to have some fun, compete with each other and make new friends whilst were at it.
If you want anymore info on some of the psp competitions running or want to get involved either check out the Open Tee part of the forum or contact Bestcorner or Kid64, they are the moderators for the Open Tee Side of things. Alternatively Roughdawg and Rowdybusch are The Senior Management for the whole forum and would be more than willing to pass on friendly pieces of advice should you need it.
Hope you enjoy some of the things we've got on offer and if you fancy hooking up for a couple of ladder matches drop me a message, we use the chat function for the site so co-ordinating matches is very easy.
All the best
