thanks to those who voted. the ayes have it.
therefore, i have to make up some sort of requirement for level 20s to stay on the power ranking list. the requirement is that a level 20 account must play at least 2 games per week or 5 games per month to be considered active. i'm online everyday, for hours, sadly, and i know who's playing and who isn't. for the time being these six accounts will be considered inactive. as soon as those accounts meet the requirements, they will be reinserted into the power ranking list. it only makes sense to have a listing of accounts that are currently playing.
