Ok all, just popping in with an update. I left to go visit some family out of town last Friday, and did not have my computer available, only my phone (mobile browser).
So, the site going down on Saturday morning threw me into a panic! You would be amazed at what could be done from a little sprint phone with windows mobile, however!
The site was not necessarily down, just the homepage...and to be more specific, it was the chat feature that was making the homepage break. Of course i coudln't actually make physical chhanges from my phone, however i was able to forward any visitors of the homepage directly to the actual forum (hotshotsgolf.com/community). So you may have noticed halfway through the day that you were at least getting to the posting area. I figured that would be sufficient until I returned.
Anyways, i just got back last night, and am checking the problems out now. I have brought the homepage back up, but have disabled the chat feature temporarily, and any other features that may be problematic. I will need to review them and research a bit to be sure what it was about the chat that caused this.
I am unable to interact directly with the website from my phone (submit posts, send messages, etc.) i am only able to click links and read posts. So, i wasn't able to communicate to anyone over the last few days. Maybe i will get the email addresses of the lead management so in instances such as this, we could stay in touch.
