no landing marker tours

this reminds me of the advance mode in hsg fore. thankfully you get a putting grid, or at least in the tour that i'm in now.

I did fairly well, placed 9th out of 18 that finished the tour.

I played a minna tour last night that had no yardage, but did have marker, and had no music, it was silent. I really liked it, I was really able to concentrate and got the win!

The weird thing is that I think all 5 tours I played had no music in the background. But I really noticed it on the last one, which was safari and so used to load music there. Doesn't minna have music in tours anymore?

The one I was in had music, maybe the save file that you downloaded and used may had the music turned off. :confused:
The music in Minna is better than HSG OOB.
Update...... checked the settings in OB (should be similar to Minna) the is a music setting for the online mode, that maybe turned off.

Love the no music set up. it's nice and quiet. Play the no marker + no yardage to hole Peaks 9 in Reg the other night and snatch a 2nd place with - 9. still searching for my first G1 Minna win :(

I kinda wish you could set the no landing marker up in the game rooms.

That is awesome! I will probably turn it off on my regular hsg game as well. Never knew that is what it did!

I played 4 G3 games, 1 win, 2nd place, no podium and win and then I played one G2 with a win. So far so good! Maybe I can reach G1 with the music off.

I do like the music on minna, I have played it before, but lost all my data when my ps3 YLOD, I only backed up my hsg data. I just never knew it could be turned off!!! I love it!!!

I definately like the lobby music better. with the exception of the toro lobby!!!!

Sometimes I wish they had HSG Fore advance course mode as a tour rule, and we would see how really good some of these players are.

There are no tournaments without putting grids, thank god. :eek:
