Yeah, I know that was the only thing that dissapointed me. Probably because of the 2 homing shots took away some momentum, but still, I'll take it. :)

What kind of spin produces this?
I only have one experience with a similar shot. It grazed the pin with sss/sbs just like that, (assuming thats how u hit it) but all it did was home back once and spiral in. It didn't proceed to hover back up from the hole like a spaceship.
That is just awesome and why I love this game so much. ANYTHING can and will happen. Spiral Albys off of logs....homing rising spirals.....Whats next?

Still without one of these gems. I'd trade any number of my other shots for one.
Any spin that produces a spiral, as well as backspin on the green (red or blue) can activate the rising spiral. You just need to get that extremely lucky pin touch so the spiral doesn't go off at first, then on the next pin hit you should see it spiral up the pin.

Thanks everyone, but to be honest, now I'm dissappointed in it, mainly because shortly after I uploaded this, Shihiko uploaded one that spiraled all the way up to the flag and dropped in. That made mine look like crap lol.
Damn that 2nd homing!!! :mad::)
