I have been playing forever and I cannot get above Level 12. I play others online that are 16 and such. What exactly do I have to do? I went back to the challenges and are breezing through them at Level 12 but even then I stay there. Help !!!!
Suggestions?

All the levels up to 15 are mostly achieved or should be offline.
that's not to say you can't level up while playing online but it is all
with your course scores.

You just have to get some new PB's on all of the first 6 courses.
Try to do your best especially on the harder (5,6) courses and you should
be able to get past lvl12. 9 Holes In, Out and 18H

Like Rowdy said, but work on any low PB's. Chances are like he said, it will be the 5th and 6th courses.

Only courses 1-6 will influence your level so you can ignore the other ones if you want to get to 15. That was the one thing I could not figure out on my walkthrough, I got tons of data and I assume it is like the OT2 version but can't put it all together :(

your personal best PB on all courses. The lowest score you can get. I was stuck at level 12 for a long time. Then i got -2, or -3 on all courses 1 thru 6 and i got llevel 13. It means 9 in, 9 out, 18 holes on long tee and standard tee. I hope this helps.

As far as I know, if you complete all the challenges under par, you will get to level 15. This takes care of personal bests en route. I was lvl15 before I went online, just to make sure that I had unlocked all the equipment. That said, there is a G0 with 60+ wins who steadfastly remains at lvl19, although I would suggest that he has an earlier challenge still over par...

You do not need to play each way, I reached level 15 on another file without playing various 9 hole in and outs.

I believe you just need to shoot a certain score to unlock the requirement for the course. Say safari is a -10. You would need a -10 on 18 holes or a -5 on 9 holes once and that's it.

This is the way open tee 2 is setup so it would only make sense OOB is the same

This is whats posted in my walkthrough. It is not exact but pretty close. I tested it 10 different times and I got about 20 something emails from people giving me their results the moment they hit level 15.

I tried to compile the lowest information possible and this is what I came up with.

Yeah, for higher levels, 16-20, its all based on online.

Level 16 = 1 G1 win
Level 17 = 5 G0 wins + 120 overall online tournaments, i managed this after about 90 online tourns and had to wait ages.
Level 18 = 10 G0 wins
Level 19 = 20 G0 wins
Level 20 = 30 G0 wins

However, i'm sure you need all the challenges under par to obtain level 20, since there have been 2 instances of people passing 30 wins and not getting level 20
