Minna - Help With In Game Translation PLESAE!!!

I noticeled a couple days ago that I can't enter some GF games on Minna, I have all the courses and people. I don't remember not being able to enter GF's before. The unplayable GF games all have Japanese writing in a orange box that is not usally there, I'll post a pic of 3 different ones, can someone who reads Japanese please, please, please translate this for me? It's driving me nuts!!!!:confused:

Those are area names. You have to live in those areas to enter those tournaments.

I think they even have company sponcered events over there.
where people in certian companies come and tour together.
maybe hsg6 they have real money tours over there like pro golf LOL

they do have company sponsored events for special avatar parts, although I've been playing minna for about a year and I haven't seen one (...as far as I know, hehe, I cant read a bit of Japanese...)
