Just put away #10. LJ, standard equipment, rough +2, Hland tournament. Played with Clint, who is now designated as my good luck charm, and will be in my full employ from here on out. He'll be attending all of my tournaments from here on out and will be a very good sport about not getting any sort of compensation from myself. Anyway, here's the damage.
Played standard throughout the whole day, with the exception of the two putt on 18, which I had previously cushioned with a homing ace on #17. ^^

And here's my rank up photo taken with my terrible camera phone.

what's the ratios of lvl 19's/20's over there? Is it pretty common now that the game has been out for a while or are they still few and far between with the bulk of players in the lvl 16/17 range?

Well played Mace. Question though - how the F you shoot -23 with LJ? LJ of all people! - It's probably easier to do it with a novice character than it is LJ! AND to hit a homing ace!
WITH LJ! Just for doing that alone it's probably worth lvl 19 at least.

Miss a 7m putt on 18? lol idk. His low shot helps keeping the ball under the wind, I hit a lot of sts and sss shots that round, and my PI was in the 70s. I just kinda had the round I needed to have. Honestly though at Hlands I really expected better from the rest of the field.
As for Levels, the majority of players are still Level 16/17.
Going by the leaderboard, there are:
101 Mr/Level 20
52 Star/Level 19
133 Man/Level 18
215 God of Heavens/Level 17
352 God of Lightning/Level 16s with 2-4 wins
The last third of the leaderboard is people with 1 win, so I've got to imagine it's maybe 400+.
And then there's the people not even on the board with a win that play G0, so yeah, mostly 16s/17s.

Speaking of stupid scores, I noticed someone recently put up a -21 at Crown with Suzuki. I mean honestly, are you kidding me?

Well I'm retiring. As a great golfer once said, slightly paraphrased, "They play a game with which I'm not familiar."

retiring what exactly? Minna or the game altogether.

I was also quite surprised to see the #1 spot (-21) at Jurassic Island (reg tee) was posted by someone using Sophie (the next ~25 spots were loaded with Anya, Gloria and Kratos users). Of course, I think we'll see some more impressive scores coming out of this course as people become more accustomed to it.

The funny thing was that for the first week or so, the long tee top ten was a few shots better than the reg tee (I would imagine that #2 and the shortie on the back 9 had a lot to do with that). Reg tee had -18 on the board for two weeks, and someone had posted like a -20 on long tee like the first day.
I've been loving Jurassic though, the majority of people still suck on that course, so pod spots even in G0 aren't that hard to get. Well it's not that they suck, but a lot of people don't manage that big number. I've shot the same -16 like ten times (right now that's the wall I'm hitting) and I've got pod like every time, and even -6 has got pod on 9h games.

I definitely need to put in some practice time and learn to "legitimately" play the Jurassic course. It's a lot of fun, but I can't seem to resist trying for those reachable par 4's or going for the 470 yard drive on the first par 5. Stuff like that seems to get me every time - well that, and the fact that most times I've played it have been with rough / sand +2 rules, which are just flat-out brutal for that course.

wow. congratz mason.
If your in Minna, that means your not hogging g0's here lol. Won my 4th g0 today. Only played 31 g0 tourns, 82 tourns overall. Looks like i'm gonna get 5 wins before 120 tourns overall.

Woot, got #11 yesterday. Oceania Long Tee, Jasmine only (BMag, Inf), Rough +2. I was the only person without a rough penalty, ended up wining at -13 after the leaders took triple bogeys on that first par 3 of the back9.
